Plants are living creatures that existed before we humans. Most common plants can have six parts, which are rhizomes, leaves, flowers, fruit, seeds. And today I'm going to talk about roots and leaves. Because they are all vegetative organs of plants.

Rhizomes can be divided into roots and stems.

• xylem transports water and phloem transports nutrients
• Stem is one of the vegetative organs of plants
• The stem is an important part of supporting the whole plant

ROOT

• absorb water from the soil
• it can grip the ground to hold the plant in place
• is one of the vegetative organs of plants

LEAF

• is the main source of nutrients
• is the main site of photosynthesis, respiration and evapotranspiration
• Evapotranspiration is the main driver of water transport
